Through Her Eyes

An exhibition of women artists from the City of Bunbury Art Collection and the Edith Cowan University Art Collection.

Through their major contributions to the art world, the artists in this exhibition have helped shape the identity of West Australian art and have gained national and international recognition. The rich and diverse backgrounds of these women and the eclectic display of artistic art forms are providing a unique voice to the art dialogue.

Through Her Eyes is an exhibition that not only celebrates West Australian women in the arts, but it also brings two collections together.

An incredible exhibition talk will be held Saturday 24th of November 11am – 1pm. Perth artist Jo Darbyshire will be accompanied by emerging South West artist Sarah Mills, Indigenous Noongar artist Sandra Hill, printmaker and former lecturer at Edith Cowan University Yvonne Dorricott, and Sue Starcken, curator/lecturer Edith Cowan University.
