The Gallery is able to offer many services to room hirers depending on their needs. We can provide chairs, tables, cups, urns, whiteboards, lectern etc We can also assist by placing an article about your function in our e-newsletter which is sent to around 800 people in the South West Region. Long term hirers will also be able to put details of their bookings and contact numbers on the Gallery's website

We can suggest caterers, cleaners, and other service providers which may best suit your needs.
Many weddings and functions are hosted here at the Gallery. We strive to make your special event run as smoothly as possible. We can assist by providing an attendant to ensure you have everything you need, allowing decorators special access, placing signage around the Gallery and anything else you may require.
